Ken Flechler
Ken Flechler is the Chief Operating Officer of Health Alliance Solutions, a healthcare design lab. He has a background specializing in infrastructure management, finance and development, with over 30 years’ experience working for Fortune 1000 Companies such as TCI, Comcast and Pike Corporation. In this role, he focuses on executing the company's business plan and advises the CEO and Board on long-term goals and the broader company outlook. In addition he provides advise and analytical review to the Board regarding acquisitions, growth strategies, M&A and organizational improvements.
In his prior role as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Pike Corporation, he had a broad portfolio of responsibilities including human resources, corporate communications, government and regulatory relations, legal affairs and corporate administration. He also served as senior counselor to the Chairman/CEO. Before joining Pike, Ken served as Vice President of the Comcast Corporation (a Global 2000 company, currently ranked #43 in market value), where he oversaw employee safety, environmental programs, operational & HR compliance, business continuity, sustainability and facility management for over 3,500 facilities and was a member of the mergers and acquisition team evaluating, closing and integrating close to 100 transactions.
As native of Kentucky, Ken graduated from Bellarmine University in 1994 with a B.A. in Business Administration and completed post-graduate work at Rutgers University. From 1995 until 1998, Ken worked for TCI (Large Cable Television Provider founded by John Malone) in multiple management roles in Kentucky, New Jersey, Connecticut and Colorado.
Ken serves as a managing partner of iEnergy private equity fund, member of the Global Advisory Council for the Presidential Precinct and a member of the Wexford community Architectural Review Committee. In addition, Ken has served on National Safety Council Board of Directors, as a Good Will Ambassador for Armed Forces Motorsports and on the US Department of Homeland Security’s Critical Infrastructure Protection Committee as a member of the Communication Section Coordinating Committee, Pandemic Ad-Hoc Task Force and the Electrical Sector Committee. Additionally, Ken was appointed to the Governor’s Seat of the South Carolina Energy Committee/Council by SC Governor Nikki Haley.
